Nothing is free

 I have recently tried a deal I found on the internet which said that I could get a month of a certain item for free and then at the end of the month if I was happy with the item and it did what it was supposed to do.

 But I wasn't even through the month when they charged me for this certain item.

 Which was bad but what really ticked me off was that not only did they not keep to there word that the item was free but they had the nerve to charge me more then what they stated in the deal.

 It was that if I decided to continue to recieve the item after the free month trail I would only be charged 29 something but when they charged me before the offer was over they had the nerve to charge me 61 dollars and when I found to discontinue the item they had the nerve to tell me that it was 61 dollars instead of the 29 they quoted on the web site.

 And that it was really 59 dollars but because it was an american company when they converted it to canadian it came out to 61.

 I could probible buty the same item in stores for cheaper but I don't think it has come to canada yet and it is not like I visit the states that much.

Dieting Sucks

 Diet pills don't work they are just a waste of money so are the magazines that tell people how to lose weight. I mean I have read the articles and did what they say and I never lose the weight.

 Exercise is just to slow and it is hard to eat right in this day and age.

 There is so many tempting things out there that it is hard to say NO to them.

 And if you are a stress or emotional eater then it is very hard for you to say no to the tamptation.

 Especially if you are constantly under stress weither it is work or family or health problems that never go away.

 And if you do a lot of cheating telling yourself that you will work it off the next day that the next day you wouldn't sneak in that chocolate or that doughnut or whatever it is that you did that you knew you shouldn't do.

 I have news for you the next day will never come.

 You are a slave to tamptation.

Trouble With Passwords

 I am having trouble at one of my sites or it is having some problems just to get onto it I had to change my password which is really weird because I didn't have this trouble last night it just started doing this today.

 I fear that soon it will be like the other sites and it will block me out so I can never use it again just like all of my favourite sites and I don't understand why it is doing this to me because once I am in I can continue to use it but as soon as I log out it forgets my password.

 That was how it started on my other sites only once this started happening I had been unable to get back in at all.

 And I don't want this to happen I like this site I have a lot ridding on this site.

 Writing is the way I cope with things and this site allows me to write and write and people actual read what I write and it makes me feel good.

Censorship

 Should there be censorship?

 On a web site that I write for they deleted two of my stories one because I mentioned 9/11 and the other one because I listed some weapons used for self defense. Which I don't think is very fair?

I was only writing for what they asked its not like I was writing down a plott to destroy or take over the world which is like to much work and who wants the world anyway the way it is.

 Censorship kind of takes away our rights as people to voice our opinons and what happened to the freedom of speech.

 They always talk about our freedoms and yet when we go to express ourselves we always end up have to tone down what we are really thinking so we don't rain on anyones parade.

It sucks but thats the way the ball rolls and we as a society must roll with that ball.

Damn Colds

 Winter is the time for the eternal cold.

A cold that never goes away but builds and builds and builds. In my case it is not so much of a cold then as a chronic conditim (TMJ)activated by a nasty sinus infiction followed closely by a Migrane I can barely function. Not only do I have internal pain but I also have half my face swollen and hearing loss on the side that is swollen.

It has gotten so bad that I can't drive which sucks to be me since theres places I have to go and they are not close to home.

On Monday night I got pulled over by the police. He thought I was coming home from the bar or going to another bar it didn't help that I pulled over on the wrong side of the street. I really couldn't think he was kind enough to let me go with a warning I was kind of speeding so I was fully expecting a speeding ticket I am forever grateful that he didn't make me take the breathalizer because I was completely out of it from the medication I was taking.

 On a brighter note the cop who pulled me over looked like Nick Stokes from CSI.

I kid you not they could have been twins.

Crazy (W) Drivers

 Tim Horten's is a Hazzard zone especially for winter drivers thats right the (W) stands for winter drivers it could also stand for women drivers and in this case both (W) would be right

 Since I was pushed off the road by a woman winter driver.

 I was coming up to the turn I had a right away the car before this women had enough time to make the turn before I got there and the stupid bitch followed this car and almost plowed in to me if it wasn't for my quick action my car and probable also myself would have had a major owey but instead I had a face off with the bitch that was like a whisker distance away from me and she had the nerve to flip me off.

 And then I wittnessed three other traffic accidents on my way to work.

 By this time I was shaking in my boots and wishing that I was at home. Winter brings out the worse in already horrible drivers and of course it is everyone elses fault that they are stupid  except for them.

 I really think people get their drivers licenses from cracker jack boxes.

 Like I really want to die because of somebody elses stupidity. There should be a law about anything that interfers with a persons driving for instance no talking on cell phones, no putting on makeup, no doing anything but concentrating on ones driving.

Siblings

 Can't live with them and you can't shoot them while you could if you want to end up in prison for the rest of your life. Though sometimes you think it would be worth it when they do nothing but invade you privacy.

 My sibling will open my mail and read it.

 My sibling will go into my room when I am at work and paw through my things.

 My sibling has pushed me down a flight of stairs and on one occasion hit me in the head with a frying pan.

 My sibling does not take responsiblity for anything. If there are dirty dishes they are mine so I have to do them when in fact they are my siblings or when my siblings clothes go messing I am accused of taking them which is very funny since I am smaller then my sibbling and more chunkier so the clothes wont fit me.

 Or my sibling goes through my movies and take what my sibling wants never puts anything back a leaves them in a mess which drives me crazy since I have my movies in a certain order not only that but my sibling takes them to other peoples houses and I never see them again.

 My sibling claims that I keep the heat up at night and that is the reason my sibling can't sleep but in reality it is I that turns the heat down every night although by doing that I freeze at night because my room is in the basement so when it is really cold like minus 45 it gets very uncomfortible yet I turn it down so it saves power my sibling cranks it back up and then my sibling blames it on me.

Computer Glitches

 Computer Glitches always happen at the worst possible time.

At least that is what I fine. It has been happening to me a lot lately. I have lost quite a few of my articles I have written do to these glitches and at the site I write them on there is no way to save them as you go so I have to keep redoing them and then I don't know what I wrote so in essence everytime I lose an article I don't redo it in the conventional way instead I take the same topic and run with it at a different angle.

 Another glitch that I have been having enough is when I get trapped in a loop and it keeps copying and copying one sentence or a paragraph over and over again. And I keep erasing and erasing but everytime I go to save it the copies are back.

 This doesn't happen on all my articles just certain ones.

 It looks like the computer gremlins are out to get me.

Planning Nightmare

 Planning a vaction is a stressful as going to work every day. The scheduling , deciding if you want to use a travel angency or not, booking tours or not.

 If you decide to go the tour route then its finding a Tour group that is legit because their is a lot tour scams out their. Finding a company that is well known and that has a package that is right for you. Then booking the tour on the dates you want Nightmare right there because after you get the tour set then you get your flights and hope that you can get the flights for the time you booked your tour.

 Then there is the pain in the ass of problem of getting the time of work for when all this other stuff is taken care of because you can't do this first because you have no idea when you can get the tour or the plane.

 In an ideal world you would be able to take the time off work first and then book the plane tickets and then the tour not the way they have it sit up now.

 But we all know this isn't the ideal world.

 And throw in the fact that this is the first time you planned your own vaction and you have no clue to what you are doing while I tell you that triples the stress right there.

 I am planning a trip to Australia for Sep 2008 I already requested days off but it looks like I might have to change that because if everything works out I am going to leave a week ahead of the time I requested off because I found a tour that fits my requirement better then the tour I was going to take with a well known company.

 Instead I found a company called FreshTracks which I have never heard about before I googled it. Have anyone out there heard of Fresh Tracks if so please, please let me know.

 So after I book this tour I am going to have to book the plane tickets and hope (knock on wood) that I can get them to mesh.

 Meanwhile I am getting a headache from trying to juggle all these balls I have up in the air.

Roommate from Hell

 I'm sure that their are a lot of you guys out there who know what I'm talking about.

 A roommate that never does anything (taking out the garbage,doing dishes,and other house hold chores) and then they turn around and ream you out for not doing thing by claiming that they do everything and you do nothing and you just want to strangle them. Then add in that your roommate is a sibling and things get ten times worse.

 Then add in the fact that the sibling has only gone grocery shopping three times since you lived together and you have been living together for five or more years and then the sibling is riding you because in that person's mind they believe that they are doing all the grocery shopping and they believe that you should do it next time.......the only problem is that the food they buy is still there and they never eat it so you end up throughing most of it away.

 Then there is the garbage which they never take out they expect you to so the farthest the garbage ever makes it is out of the garbage can and by the door if you are lucky and if not it makes it out of the garbage can beside it or it just remains in the garbage can piling up until you get frustrated and take it out and then the cycle begins all over again.

 Or the roommate from hell goes out and doesn't return till the next day I don't mind that part the part I hate is the sibling comes home at an ungodly time the next morning making so much noise that they wake the dead or the dying.

 The roommate doesn't help out when one is sick. I was on my way to school one day when I got so dizzy I almost passed out in a middle of a busy intersection I don't know how I made it home but I did and I really needed to get to the hospital so I knocked on my roommates door by this time I was having problems breathing and standing up so I woke the roommate up to get the person to take me to the hospital and the person screamed at me and said that they would take me when they woke up and that I was inconsiderate enough to wake them up. While to make a long story short the roommate did take me too the hospital twenty minutes after I asked the person for help.

 Then there was the time that roommate of mine was sick and told me to go out and get them some cough medicine and orange juice so I did and when I needed some orange juice and soup lets just say that my roommate did not repay the favor so out I went as sick as a dog to get myself some medicine and soup I also took my dog for a walk that day because my roommate wouldn't.

 My roommate thinks the world revolves around them.

 Another peeve about my roommate is that we share the same movie card so they rent movies and never return them on time so there is always late fees and on the rare occassion that I rent a movie I always get stuck with the late fee and sometimes I can only afford the movie I want to see so I end up paying the fee and then I can't get the movie and when I talk to my roommate they just laugh at me and the whole thing happens all over again.

 The only time we talk is when they are screaming at me because I didn't do any of the chores.

 They are the most inconsidered human being to walk the planet.

Waiting Time

It is rediculas the waiting time for anything in the health care system.

 I needed to have a blood test done and I went to the clinic around 10am when I got there it was so full that there was no where to sit and the wait time was four hours.

 Of course it was the tests where you can't eat before doing and if I don't eat at certain times.........While its not pretty. I have low  blood suger.

 I forget what the condition is called its almost boarder line diabetic only there is no medication for this condition all I can do is carry around snacks and eat them when I start feeling tipsy.

 So there was no way I could wait as long as the waiting time was with out eating and I couldn't do the tests if I already ate so I couldn't come back later and do it because by then there would already be food in my system.

 So I have to return tomorrow and hope that I can get in with out such a long wait.

internet scorched

How many of you applied for or bought something over the internet only to get your credit card statement back with charges you never made?

 And when you tried to track down those charges you were given the run around by the people who situp these internet business.

 And then trying to get help from the credit card company to have those charges removed it is a bloody nightmare because all the credit card company does is give you the phone numbers to the companys that have over charged you and tells you to sort it out with them in order to get the money back.........and then you call these companies and they give you some bull story about how its not them.

 Meanwhile they are laughing at you for your stupidity and you want to shout at them that if it weren't for people like you they would be out of business so fast and that you aren't the stupid ones you read the agreement and held your end of the bargin its not your fault that they are a bunch of crooks.

  while all I can say is in the end you will get yours for Karma is a real bitch. Then it will be you laughing.

New Editions

Hey out there.......

 I'm happy to report that there is going to be to new editions added to my family this summer ( and I don't mean pets) Not that I wouldn't want to welcome another dog into my life but no these happy tiddings are for the two leg variety.

 My aunt and uncle who had, had a hard time concieving my little cousin who thought they were never going to get pregnant up until three years ago or now expecting their second child to bless their happy home sometime this July or August. Kudos to them.

 The other blessing that is due out around the same time is going to my cousin who just got married last year. So he is going to be a first time parent. A big kudos going to them.

 Neither know what their little blessings are going to be and neither care all they want are healthy and happy children. 

Birthdays

Another year older but not wiser.....

Still have no idea who I am or what I want out of the time I have left on this earth.

 Okay thats a little depressing but I have never been one to like my birthday it makes me think of all the things I have wanted to be doing in my life (at this point in it) only to discover that I am noway near fulfilling all I have wanted to do.

 For instance I would have thought I would be married at this time but I'm not I haven't even had a date in whats going on six years or more and it is the or more in my case. I am so pathetic that even internet dating can't help my love life. Like all the resumes I have out there not a nibble that brings me to the second most pathetic thing about my life and that is a job. At this point in my life I dreamed about being a journalist like my role model Lois Lane.

 And here I am celebrating another birthday all by myself and man did I do it up right a movie and a cake for one.

 I am pathetic and I haven't even reached middle age. It feels like I am living my mid life crisis year after bloody year.

Sob Story

 I work two jobs one I like and  one I despise of course it is the job I despise that brings in the income. The job I have that I like I do it on my own time and the only benfit I recieve from it is stress relieve from my other job and a chance to spend time with the me I like also I do it because I love writing I don't necesarly have to share it with the world.

 In my spare time I go to my writing sites and I write and write and write never making a dime and having no idea how many people have visited my sites and read my stories,blogs,quotes or articles but it doesn't matter to me what matters is that my work is out there for the world to see and read and hopefully entertain.

  If I could stay home and write for money I would give up my second job in a heartbeat. After all I don't need all the verbal abuse I have to put up with for a paycheck what I get paid is so not worth the stress I go through.

Jobs finding the right one for You

 Job hunting is a killer and finding the right one is even harder. A lot of people don't look for a job that is right for them they look for a job that will make them rich instead the job slowly destroys them until one day they wake up a broken person who can't even get out of bed and the money that had once driven them no longer does and they wonder what happened to the person they once were.

 I prefer to take the road less traveled and take a job that I like and enjoy even if I don't get rich and don't make a lot of money at lease I can look myself in the mirror and know that I stayed true to myself and I didn't let the all mighty dollor rule me.

 Unfortunatly one has needs and so like so many of you who are in jobs you can't stand I to am in the same situation the only difference is that I can not find the job I like or any other job so I am forced to stay in a job that is killing me and there is nothing I can do except spin my wheels while I job hunt or stick out this job until I can retire and then try to regain my life and do something that will make me happy until I die
